1. Who operates this service

The Dynotech Electrical website and distributor portal are operated by MDY Miami LLC, doing business as Dynotech Electrical. This notice covers the Dynotech product website and the distributor ordering portal.

2. Information we receive

Depending on how you use the service, we may receive:

• Contact and company details: your name, company name, business email, business telephone, shipping or other business address, and information in contact or quotation forms.
• Account and verification details: sign-in identifier, password hash, application and approval status, invitation or verification status, sessions, and administrator authenticator enrollment details where applicable. Passwords are not stored in plaintext.
• Wholesale activity: products and quantities requested, negotiated distributor pricing associated with an approved company, purchase-order references, delivery information, and order-review history.
• Technical and safety records: information necessary to support authentication, anti-abuse controls, troubleshooting, and security audit records. Hosting services may process IP addresses and request data.

3. Why we use the information

We use this information to answer inquiries, evaluate distributor applications, confirm authorized company membership, show the correct negotiated prices to approved users, receive and review wholesale order requests, maintain account security, support users, and keep business records.

New distributor applications and employee requests are reviewed before account access is approved. Submitting an order request is not the same as acceptance of an order.

4. Providers and disclosures

The service uses technology providers for application and database hosting, operational email delivery, and other necessary business services. Some product information and imagery originated in earlier catalog systems and is now served from Dynotech's hosting environment. Business information may be shared with providers that help us operate the service, and when required by law or appropriate to protect the service. Access to negotiated prices is designed to be restricted to the approved customer company and authorized Dynotech personnel.

Separately operated marketing, customer relationship management, and email systems may process information in accordance with their relevant functions. We do not claim that information is never shared.

5. Cookies, browser storage and security

The portal uses necessary sign-in, form-security, application, and password-reset cookies. The product catalog is served by the website; visitor access does not require a Wix catalog authorization token. See the Cookie and Browser Storage Notice for details.

We use technical and organizational safeguards including account access restrictions and password hashing. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Notify Dynotech promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6. Record retention

We retain account, company, quote, security, and order records as reasonably needed for operating the service, recordkeeping, legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the information involved and applicable business, security, and legal obligations; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion period.

7. Choices and privacy requests

You may contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable. We will review requests, verify authority as appropriate, and respond subject to any applicable laws and legitimate recordkeeping needs. For business accounts, company administrators do not automatically receive access to other employees' private authentication details.

Marketing emails, if separately sent, must provide applicable opt-out choices. Operational messages about account verification, security, and orders are handled separately from marketing communications.
