Website & Distributor Portal Terms

1. Scope

These terms describe use of Dynotech Electrical's product website and restricted business-to-business distributor portal. They do not replace individually signed account agreements, customer-negotiated pricing documents, purchase-order conditions, or other specifically agreed commercial terms.

2. Account approval and authorized users

The portal is intended for authorized representatives of approved distributor companies. Registration, possession of an invitation link, a company email address, or submission of an employee-join request does not grant access automatically. Dynotech reviews requests before an account can become active.

Users should keep passwords, authenticator codes and recovery codes confidential and inform Dynotech about suspected unauthorized access. Each approved account is intended to show information only for the associated distributor company.

3. Catalog information and product documents

Product descriptions, images, dimensions, pack quantities, availability, and other specifications are provided for evaluation and may require verification for the exact SKU. A photograph or general company statement does not itself establish a product certification, suitability for a particular installation, or a specific delivery commitment.

4. Confidential customer-specific pricing

After account approval, the portal may show a company's negotiated prices and ordering quantities. These are business-specific details, not public list prices. Users should not intentionally access, misuse, or disclose another distributor's restricted records.

5. RFQs and purchase-order requests

Submitting an RFQ is a request for pricing or information. Submitting a purchase-order request through the portal records that request for Dynotech review; it does not automatically mean Dynotech has accepted the order. Order requests may have pending, approved, or declined status, as shown in the portal.

No credit-card payment is collected in the current portal. Shipping conditions, sales terms, return rights, warranties, cancellation arrangements, and payment terms are determined by the applicable separate quotations, customer agreements, and accepted order documents, not changed by these website terms.

6. Authorized and prohibited use

Use the website and portal for legitimate business inquiries, product research, account management, and wholesale requests. Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data, submit malicious software, disrupt the service, or impersonate another company.

7. Brand and third-party rights

Dynotech-branded materials are presented for authorized business use. Product photographs, technical documents, supplier marks, and other third-party materials may have separate copyright, trademark, or license owners. Nothing on this page asserts registration of an unverified trademark.

8. Additional agreements and updates

These website terms do not replace negotiated quotations, separate account agreements, or accepted purchase orders. Specific commercial arrangements are governed by the terms separately agreed by the applicable parties. Dynotech may update these website terms as its services change.
